  Origo Medica Journal is an open-access medical journal publishing original research articles, literature and narrative reviews, and case reports across the full range of medical and health sciences — from basic medical sciences and clinical medicine to clinical nutrition, pharmacy and natural products, and public health. Every manuscript undergoes double-blind peer review within a fast, transparent editorial process, and all articles are freely accessible to readers worldwide. This inaugural issue presents original research and literature reviews from contributors within the academic medical community, marking the start of Origo Medica Journal's regular publication.
